I’m a mother of three beautiful children. Throughout their childhood, whenever we would travel, I would always make snacks. For the last couple of years, it has been just my youngest and me. I would make trail mix for us—just some small snacks made with love. He loved the snacks so much that he looked at me and said, “Mom, you should sell these! People would love them just as much as I do!” I smiled at him, my heart filled with love. It had been a long time since I had dared to dream. But I have always believed that God has a plan, and He would make a way, even when the road ahead seemed impossible. With encouragement from my children and my faith and trust in God's plan, I decided to walk out in faith.
